We have made multiples changes to entry screens based upon your feedback and recommendations from Digital Measures. One change you will notice is that the “Yearly Goals, General Comments, and Supporting Documentation” entry screen has been split into three separate screens for teaching, scholarship/research, and university service. Any supplemental files you added prior to this split are associated with the teaching screen.
