Having problems accessing Activity Insight?

Once you are in the MyRU Portal, you should NOT get another login screen once you click on the Digital Measures – Activity Insight link. If that happens, try one of these two solutions.

  1. Use the VPN client. If you have trouble connecting to the VPN, please contact our Technical Assistance Center at 540-831-7500 or at ITonestop

  2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.  If you do not want to clear all of your website settings (like usernames and passwords), clear these specific cookies: Digital; Activity; My.radford.edu
